The Admin Academy is a live, instructor-led programme for people who are ready to commit, support one another, and build real capability in Salesforce. Our application process exists to ensure the Academy is the right fit — for you and for the cohort.
There is one Admin Academy and one learning experience.
When applying, you’ll choose how your place is funded:
- A fully funded Workforce Navigator Scholarship, or
- A self-funded place
Both options lead to the same Admin Academy, with the same live training, support, and outcomes.
Request a Place
Start by requesting a place on the Admin Academy.
If you’re applying via the self-funded option, you’ll be asked to place a small, fully refundable deposit to confirm your intent.
Workforce Navigator scholarship applicants do not pay a deposit.
Complete the Application
Once your request has been received, we’ll send you a short application form to complete.
It takes less than 5 minutes and helps us understand your background, goals, and how best to support you during the Admin Academy.

If you’re not accepted via the self-funded route, your deposit will be refunded promptly.
This option is for applicants applying through the Salesforce Workforce Navigator programme.
If accepted, your place on the Admin Academy is fully funded through our partnership with Salesforce. Eligibility criteria apply and are outlined below.
This option is for applicants who want to secure a place on the Admin Academy by funding it themselves.
If accepted, you’ll confirm your place with a refundable deposit and choose how to pay the remaining balance.
