Below is the schedule that we will follow for the September 2025 Admin Academy Program, you will be provided with homework, self study and projects to complete as we work through the full program. This will ensure that you are fully prepared to not only succeed in the Salesforce Certification Exams but also in your Salesforce Career.

  • Week Zero (2nd & 4th September): Program Kick-Off, Orientation, and Introduction
  • Week One (9th & 11th September): Salesforce Ecosystem - Associate
  • Week Two (16th & 18th September): Navigation - Associate
  • Week Three (23rd & 25th September): Data Model - Associate
  • Week Four (30th September & 2nd October): Reports and Dashboards - Associate
  • Week Five (7th October & 9th October): Practice Exams - Associate
  • Week Six (14th & 16th October): Break Week - Sit Associate Exam - Dreamforce
  • Week Seven (21st & 23rd October): Configuration and Setup - Administrator
  • Week Eight( 28th & 30th October): Object Manager and Lightning App Builder- Administrator
  • Week Nine (4th & 6th November): Sales and Marketing Applications, Productivity and Collaboration - Administrator
  • Week Ten (11th & 13th November): Service and Support, Data and Analytics Management - Administrator
  • Week Eleven (18th & 20th November): Workflow/Process Automation - Administrator
  • Week Twelve (25th & 27th November): Practice Exams - Administrator

How to Apply for the Admin Academy

Due to the limited number of places available not every application will be accepted. We look for a specific group of people who will work together, support each other, and become part of the Salesforce Community. 

The Application Process

Request a Place

To begin the application process we take a small deposit. If you are successful and offered a place in the Admin Academy that deposit will be taken off your balance. If you are unsuccessful your full deposit will be returned to you quickly.

Complete the Application

Once your deposit has been received we will send you the application form to complete. Don't worry, it's a really short application and will take you less than 5 minutes! And in true Get Force Certified style, we've made it a little more fun, engaging, and of course, interactive!

We will review your application and contact you. If you are successful you will be invited to a further meeting to ensure that we cater to your needs during the Admin Academy program! If you are unsuccessful, we will let you know and refund your deposit.

A $349 deposit is required to apply for a place on the Admin Academy September 2025. This isn't just to hold your spot - it signifies that you are serious about investing ing your Salesforce Career. Due to the limited number of places per cohort we need to ensure that people who are accepted into the Admin Academy are committed to succeeding in their Salesforce Career.

If you are accepted into the program your deposit will be credited towards your full investment.

The Admin Academy is normally priced at $4,999 but right now you can join for just $3,499 - there are a limited number of places available at this price so act early. Once you make your deposit your price is locked in and will not increase.

Payment Plans are Available

We understand that investing in yourself can feel daunting and you may not be in a position to pay the balance in one payment. For that reason we offer a 3 month payment plan of $1,099 per month for 3 months following your acceptance into the Admin Academy and your deposit of $349.

Workforce Navigators

As part of our ongoing work and support with the Salesforce Workforce Navigators Program we are delighted to offer a small number of full scholarships. 

To apply for a full Workforce Navigators Scholarship you must meet the following criteria;
  • Live in North America or Canada
  • Identify as having a disability, mental health condition, or as neurodivergent (for example, ADHD, autism, dyslexia)
  • Do not currently hold the Salesforce Administrator Certification


If you meet the above criteria you can apply for a full scholarship and kickstart your Salesforce career.
