Below is the schedule that we will follow for the September 2025 Admin Academy Program, you will be provided with homework, self study and projects to complete as we work through the full program. This will ensure that you are fully prepared to not only succeed in the Salesforce Certification Exams but also in your Salesforce Career.

The programme is carefully structured to build confidence week by week - you’re never expected to know everything upfront.

  • Week Two (24 & 26 March): Navigation - Platform Foundations
  • Week Three (31 March & 2 April): Data Model - Platform Foundations
  • Week Four (7 & 9 April): Reports and Dashboards - Platform Foundations
  • Week Five (14 & 16 April): Practice Exams - Platform Foundations
  • Week Six (21 & 23 April): Configuration and Setup - Platform Administrator
  • Week Seven (28 & 29 April): Object Manager and Lightning App Builder - Platform Administrator
  • Week Eight( 5 & 7 May): Sales and Marketing Applications - Platform Administrator
  • Week Nine (12 & 14 May): Service and Support Applications - Platform Administrator
  • Week Ten (19 & 21 May): Productivity and Collaboration - Platform Administrator
  • Week Eleven (26 & 28 May): Data and Analytics Management - Platform Administrator
  • Week Twelve (2 & 4 June):  Workflow/Process Automation- Platform Administrator
  • Week Thirteen (9 & 11 June): Agentforce - Platform Administrator

How to Apply for the Admin Academy

Due to the limited number of places available not every application will be accepted. We look for a specific group of people who will work together, support each other, and become part of the Salesforce Community. 

The Application Process

Request a Place

Start by requesting a place on the Admin Academy.

If you’re applying via the self-funded option, you’ll be asked to place a small, fully refundable deposit to confirm your intent.

Workforce Navigator scholarship applicants do not pay a deposit.

Complete the Application

Once your request has been received, we’ll send you a short application form to complete.

It takes less than 5 minutes and helps us understand your background, goals, and how best to support you during the Admin Academy.

If you’re accepted, we’ll confirm your place on the Admin Academy and share next steps.

If you’re not accepted via the self-funded route, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

Choose How You’d Like to Apply

There are two ways to apply for the Admin Academy, depending on how your place is funded.

Both options lead to the same Admin Academy experience, with the same live training, support, and outcomes.

Fully Funded Workforce Navigator Scholarships

As part of our ongoing partnership with the Salesforce Workforce Navigator Programme, we’re proud to offer a limited number of fully funded places on the Admin Academy.

These scholarships are designed to support people who face barriers to traditional training routes and are ready to build real Salesforce capability through structured, instructor-led learning.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for a Workforce Navigator Scholarship, you must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Live in North America or Canada
  • Identify as having a disability, mental health condition, or as neurodivergent (for example, ADHD, autism, or dyslexia)
You don’t need to share personal details. This information is used only to confirm eligibility.
  • Do not currently hold the Salesforce Administrator Certification


If you meet the criteria above, you can apply for a fully funded place on the Admin Academy and gain access to the same live training, support, and outcomes as all other learners.

Self-Funded Applications

Admin Academy Normal Price: $4,999
2026 Offer Price: $3,699 (limited availability)

How the self-funded application works
If you’re applying via the self-funded option, the first step is to place a $349 refundable deposit. This confirms your intent to apply and allows us to review your application. If you’re accepted, your deposit is credited toward the full programme fee. Once accepted, your price is locked in at $3,699 and will not increase.

Many learners don’t pay this personally

In many cases, the Admin Academy is funded by employers as part of professional development or training budgets.

This is especially common where:
  • A company already uses Salesforce
  • A team needs in-house Salesforce expertise
  • An employee is moving into, or already supporting, a Salesforce role

If you’re currently employed or working with a business that uses Salesforce, it’s worth checking whether this can be covered as a training or upskilling expense. Many past learners have joined the Admin Academy this way.

Payment plans are available
We understand that paying the full balance upfront isn’t always practical.
For that reason, we offer a 3-month payment plan of $1,199 per month, following acceptance into the Admin Academy and payment of your $349 deposit.
